International VAT recovery procedures

Two choices exist for the recovery of international VAT :

Every quarter, with a refund made 6 months after the requests (for amounts above 400€ VAT per quarter)
Or once a year: for year N, a series of documents must be provided by 30 April of year N+1 at the latest to enable the file to be examined :
- The original of the certificate of taxable status (sheet 3558-SD) within the framework of the 6th VAT Directive (77/388/EEC). Period of validity: 1 year
- Stamped and signed VAT recovery conditions
- The management mandate
- The originals of the invoices and credit notes concerned
